I was just reading a blog post by an IBS patient. Normally you see a lot of pain, agony and grief when you read these kinds of posts. Some optimistic thinker says that they are moving in a better direction. But this one was different from all of them.
Emily is the one who thanked IBS for rediscovering herself. In course of IBS and in search for a proper diet for IBS, she has become more disciplined, started enjoying cooking and experimenting with good low fat dishes and has lost a good weight.
All of these because of a disease! She is thankful to her diet planner and so do we for gifting her new life.
